All the loose ends are tied and they're clearly going all out with TBoGT for a reason: because it's the last chapter in the GTA IV saga. How could they possibly top it? The game would be at least 2 years old before a 3rd DLC would come out. Most people would have long moved on from the game and it just wouldn't be very profitable to release a third DLC. It's killing me not having MGS 4!!! I'm still holding out for the special edition of MGS 4. MGS 1, 2, 3 and P. all had special versions released after the first. So where's MGS 4's Substance?
